Rivers Edge Bank Announces New CEO and Executive Team Updates

Rivers Edge Bank is pleased to announce a planned transition in executive leadership, effective January 20, 2026. Jodi Eich, who has been with the bank since 2005, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. She previously served as Chief Operations Officer and brings extensive experience in banking operations, financial reporting, information technology, human resources, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) oversight, and asset/liability management. In addition to her new role, she will continue to serve as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors.

This appointment is part of the bank’s long-established succession plan and reflects a thoughtful, strategic approach to continuity and long-term leadership stability. CEO Eich will serve alongside Cameron Becker, who continues in his role as President. Together, they will provide joint leadership and oversight as Rivers Edge Bank continues to grow and serve its customers and communities.

As part of the leadership transition, Rivers Edge Bank also announces that Mary Dick, currently Senior Vice President of Operations, has been promoted to Chief Operations Officer. She will continue to serve on the bank’s management team alongside Justin Palmquist – Howard Market President, Jason Schulte – Parker Market President, and Lance Steuck, Hawarden Market President.

Former CEO Don Nolan will remain actively involved with the organization on a part-time basis and will continue serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

The Rivers Edge Bank Board of Directors expressed strong confidence in the leadership team guiding the bank into the future. “The Board believes the future of the bank is bright and in very good hands,” said Chairman Nolan. “This transition reflects the depth of talent within our organization and the ongoing commitment to stability, community values, and exceptional customer service.”
