Lance is the Market President of the Hawarden location. After receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance and a minor in Agri-Business and Corporate Finance, Lance moved to Hawarden and in February of 2011, he started with Rivers Edge Bank. He completed the Iowa School of Banking in 2015 and is attending the Graduate School of Banking. He is actively involved in his community as the chair of Hawarden`s Chamber Economic Development Corporation while also serving on the Hawarden Chamber Organization Committee and Chamber Board of Directors. Lance is a member of Friendship Assembly of God Church and serves as their treasurer. In 2020, he was the Hawarden Chamber President`s award winner. Lance and wife, Brittany, have two children, Hazel and Bennett. Lance grew up on a small dairy farm by Pipestone, MN which explains why he loves living on an acreage and caring for livestock.
