Two Rivers Edge Bank Officers to Serve on SDBA Board of Directors

 

Cameron Becker, President, and Derek Nolan, Marketing Director/Compliance Officer, Rivers Edge Bank, were elected to serve on the South Dakota Bankers Association (SDBA) Board of Directors at the association’s annual convention held in Sioux Falls on June 5th and 6th.

Becker was elected for a three-term as a director in the community bank category.  As an association board member, Becker will be responsible for helping to oversee association initiatives as well as advocating on behalf of all South Dakota banks in the legislative process.  Becker was elected as the President of Rivers Edge Bank in January 2023 and also serves as the bank’s Chief Credit Officer.

Nolan will serve a one-year term on the SDBA board as the Past Chair of the SDBA Emerging Leader Group.  His board role will be similar to Becker’s with an emphasis on representing the interests of the emerging leaders in the industry.

Becker and Nolan began their terms on June 6th.
