June 15, 2024

You may be seeing some new faces around the bank locations this summer.  Rivers Edge Bank is excited to welcome Mia Danielson (Hawarden), Jack Neises (Howard), and Kristen Wieman (Marion/Parker) to the team.  They will be serving in customer service roles through the 2024 summer.  Duties will include answering the phone, helping with transactions, and assisting with online banking questions.  Please help us welcome them to the bank!

Want to get to know them a little more?  Find out more below:

Mia Danielson is from Hawarden, IA and graduated from West Sioux High School in 2023.  She just finished her Associate’s degree in Business from Iowa Central Community College and will be continuing to study at SDSU this fall.  While at Iowa Central, she played basketball and earned the Iowa Central All-Academic Award.  In her free time, she enjoys being active, trying new coffee shops, and getting ice cream with her family and friends.

Jack Neises is from Howard, SD and is currently studying Business Finance at Dakota Wesleyan University in Mitchell.  While at DWU this year, he played baseball, made the Dean’s List, and received a Scholar Athlete award.  In his spare time, he likes to go hunting and hang out with his friends.

Kristen Wieman is from Marion, SD and is currently a senior at SDSU in Brookings.  Her major is in Ag Business and she plans to graduate in December of 2024.  She has been on the Dean’s List at SDSU from 2021-2024 and is also the recipient of the Gilbert Agriculture Scholarship.  Her favorite activities outside of work include being outside walking her dog, Roper, checking cattle, riding horses, and spending time at the river.  She also enjoys hanging out with her friends and family.
