Holiday Hours & Important Year-End Information

As the holiday season approaches, all of us at Rivers Edge Bank want to extend our warmest greetings to you and your loved ones. This time of year is about celebrating, reflecting, and looking forward to the opportunities ahead—and we’re honored to be part of your journey.

To ensure you have all the details for your banking needs during this festive season, here are our upcoming holiday hours and important year-end reminders:

Holiday Closures

  • Tuesday, December 24th: Closed at noon* in observance of Christmas Eve
  • Wednesday, December 25th: Closed in observance of Christmas Day
  • Wednesday, January 1st: Closed in observance of New Year’s Day

*Cut-off times for mobile deposit, ATM deposits, merchant capture, and ACH origination will be 12:00 pm on December 24th.  Transactions received after 12:00 pm will be processed on December 26th. 

Year-End Banking Information

 

The cut-off for 2024 business will be during regular bank closing hours on Tuesday, December 31st. Any transaction posted after these times will be processed on January 2, 2025. Please note the following details for specific services:

  • Online & Mobile Banking: Transfers and payments will post until 6:00 PM.
  • Mobile & ATM Deposits: Submissions will post until 4:00 PM
  • Wire Transfers:  Wire transfer requests will be accepted until 3:00 pm. 
  • Merchant Capture: Deposit submissions  will be processed until 3:30 pm.
  • ACH Origination: ACH origination submissions will be processed until 12:00 pm.

We recommend planning ahead to ensure all your year-end transactions are completed on time.  If you have a potential concern with one of these cutoff times, please contact us right away so we can make plans accordingly.
