Mel is a Universal Banking Officer and has been with us since 2015. Her duties include customer service, compliance assistance, and operations. She also leads our debit card fraud and disputes team. Mel was born & raised in Hawarden and graduated from West Sioux High School. She currently lives in Hudson, SD, with her fiancé, Jeff, where they enjoy time with their families. In her free time, she enjoys cooking big meals for family, helping around the farm (especially during calving season with the little calves running around!), gardening, and relaxing on the porch surrounded by sounds of the farm!
